-Some really great, driven employees -Managers that really care and try to listen -Automatic Gratuity and rarely slow shifts -Long shifts encouraged by movie runtimes

-Very rumor-laden environment -Strict cliques and groups of employees -Competitive mindset fostered among older employees -Clear favoritism, even clearer conflicts between employees/managers -One mistake can tank chances of long-term relationships/employment

Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

Cons

No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
