      There is a great team dynamic here. Everyone is always willing to help each other out wherever and whenever is needed. Fun environment to work in and overall a great place to work in general. Also! Plenty of room for advancement.

      Long-ish hours on your feet.

      Pros

      Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
