      Great culture, beer education, corporate office is down to earth and takes feedback and ideas well.

      Cons

      Work life balance, pay is pretty standard in the industry for the work that you do, and although corporate team is good they are not organized and do not communicate promotions well.

      Pros

      Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
