- Capacity planning: Like most companies, we have some tools but working out what we can execute is tricky. We are not short of ideas of ambition. It can lead to some tensions - Unowned problems: as companies scale and grow over the years, many problems are put into scalable, repeatable processes. But some fall through the cracks. We need to equate the impact of those ones.
