.The mission of the company is to eliminate crime, but in truth, they are only interested in helping to solve blue-collar crimes instead the disproportionately relevant white-collar crimes that lead to blue-collar crimes. .They are more likely to poach talent from other companies than promote from within .More interested in good interview performance than internal results at the company for those hoping to move up .More interested in rapid growth, than providing market-ready products - they work and help solve crimes, but since the sales and marketing are so efficient, we often have to back track when faced with hardware/system issues .Decent mobility from within, but difficult to obtain managerial position over external candidates
