      Pros

      Unable to think of anything Oh, overtime paid at time and a half.

      Cons

      Lowest pay in the industry. No sick pay. Forced to work legal maximum hours. Normally in excess of 60 hours a week. Must work every other weekend. Must work CHRISTMAS DAY. Must work new years day. No chance of career progression.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for management growth. You can learn a lot of things about sales from the company and employees that work there.

      Cons

      The pay is not very high. You run around all day to make money for the business. It gets very cold outside in the winter. The hours are usually pushing 60+ a week.
