Senior management is terrible, they don't care about the guys building the product that makes them money. The other review I read was right, it is a very toxic environment. Unless you're a field service mechanic, you are a nobody to them. The sad thing is, flogistix used to be a family friendly employer that went out of their way to show their appreciation. Management changes along with mega growth have turned this company around for the worse. They have earned a pretty bad reputation in Pampa
