      Pros

      One of the best companies (store wise) I’ve worked for. Management was great and they really took care of their staff and their customers.

      Cons

      Corporate needs to review their training modules. There’s multiple mistakes throughout the entire thing and it’s not conducive to training on the actual floor.

      No heavy foot traffic, loads of benefits, move up fast.

      Cons

      Schedule is really bad and can cause some inconveniences.

      - Less workload - Good people to work with from time to time

      Cons

      - Not enough work to do - Management can be a little lazy - No real path for career growth unless you pick up all the work on the team for a long time
