      Good transport links to workplace

      Cons

      Having to deal with bad customers because management make sales do all of their dirty work like that. Building is constantly freezing because the heaters are too loud (may as well not work). Floor is unbelievably dusty and dirty, especially for a flooring company. You're never praised for your work, and instead management just constantly find ways to criticise you instead of support you. Also they dont treat all the staff fairly

      Absolutely nothing to enjoy about the job. Colleagues were nice

      Cons

      Russell, the owner, is not a nice person. Constantly complaining about the team. Spies in the team and is very quick to criticise and isn’t afraid to be vocal. The constant scrutiny is overpowering and many staff leave because of it. Do not be off sick as you will be dismissed. Don’t expect your earned commission because the company will go out of their way to deny it and justify their actions
