      Pros

      Driving around meeting new people all day. Trials turn into sales Bringing flowers to people to brighten their day Sales training is simple and the management is great.

      Cons

      Commission is challenging. If a former client cancels their service, it’s taken off of your commission (even if you didn’t sell to them). Have to sell 20 arrangements a month in a challenging economy. Lots of turnover. Driving all day long can be exhausting.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility refreshing flowers for companies all over the city. Company leaves you alone as long as you are going out all day.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. They also expect you to sell and it's not an easy sell. Customer service is different than sales.
