Pros
The members the majority are nice. Some days can be slow. And depends on which center you are some manager will buy the entire office lunch and keep snacks. Not mine. Heard from other that left my office how the other centers are better.
Cons
Management at my center was never there. Didn't know anything. Didn't know how to manage all they cared about was the metrics. Several great employees quit, or chose to change to other departments or centers. Let's the bad employees get away with doing nothing while piling on more responsibilities to those who are great. Confront those who are falling short on their responsibilities. Being a top producer doesn't excuse them from not doing the rest of their job requirement and not being a team player. No help in advancing other than to become a sale agent.
