Pros

Company gives you great training to embark on your Financial Advising career. I have been with the firm for 3 years and have been able to build my book and move up on the leadership ladder as a District Manager. You determine how much you make based on your work ethic. You are helping clients better themselves financially.

Cons

Job not meant for people who do not want to put the effort in. You work extremely hard the first couple years to then have a very rewarding career. A tough first year or two of grinding it out.

Pros

There are no pros whatsoever for working at Florida Financial Advisors.

Cons

There is no salary even though they said there would be one during the interview process. You aren't trained to be a financial advisor. You are trained to sell insurance and annuities. Even if you do tough it out, you will be subjected to weekly cult-like CEO worship and a multi-level marketing style organization structure. The only way to succeed long-term is to go into management and make money off of people you pull into taking the job.
