Pros
While working for the CCI Help Desk I got to learn and/or implement a lot of the elements that are taught in courses for majors Information Technology such as Networking and Databases.
Cons
Beginning of the semester there are a lot of ticket requests, sometimes they are a bit overwhelming but they do get completed as soon as possible with 2 or 3 analyst working in a one days time.
