Favouritism to people who suck up to the Founder.
No annual leave allowed, no time in lieu given for event work or overtime, taking sick leave is punished.
No career progression, no pay rises or annual performance reviews (reviews are promised quarterly but don’t happen).
The Founder forces staff to have mentoring sessions with her and her husband who has no PR experience.
The Founder harrassed staff via slack and gets angry if staff don’t reply within a few minutes.
No working from home allowed.
