Pros
Schedule is favorable for those who have a life outside of the job. Expectations for your position are what is generally assumed to be expected.
Cons
It is firmly "suggested" that you work when you are not in the office, and essentially required that you work on your days off. There is no balance of work/personal life. Compensation for eCommerce salespeople is less than you would make waiting tables. If you are an experienced salesperson from the salesfloor, do not come into internet sales expecting to make even 50% of what you made on the floor.
