Amazing Company to work for - Finance Manager Flow Communications Employee Review

Flow taught me a lot and provided a great platform to learn as an intern. I felt trusted by my mentors and everyone I engaged with took an interest in ensuring that I learnt as much as possible during my time with the company.

There were no downsides to working there. However, if you are looking to intern there, I would try avoid doing it in January as the company is not as busy as it is at other times of the year.

They hire wonderful, friendly and honest individuals with high levels of empathy. Lovely teams to work with, which makes a lot of the issues from management bearable. Interesting work, and if you want to learn a lot in a short amount of time this is the place to be!

Dictating, cultish leadership. Untruthful and vindictive when you are looking to move on. Ugly.
