Pros
Part of a great industry - wine! Can genuinely get behind every product they represent, and truly enjoy selling the product to customers. Easy, part time work - can sign up to work events as they become available. Very flexible with other jobs and commitments.
Cons
Lacking some organization and inconsistent communication (could just be a specific manager). The employee portal was outdated and not user friendly, but has recently been updated, and improved (although not amazing).
