At Flowbox, we continuously work to strengthen how performance, growth, and development decisions are made. We have implemented a performance framework supported by a market benchmarking tool, which provides tech salary bands to ensure a consistent and comparable structure across roles. This framework is directly linked to an updated performance review process, now reinforced with clearer criteria, structured processes, and review committees to support fairness and consistency.
In addition, we have introduced a People Manager role with a regular 1:1 listening program across the organization, to ensure employees are heard and supported on an ongoing basis. :)
