Extreme favoritism, lack of management organization, leadership infighting, tyrannical management behaviour, everyone is constantly afraid to lose their jobs, the corporate heads don't give 2 smokes about your well being or your attachment to your work unless you sacrifice your personal time and kiss their tush, severely underpaid, they will fire someone from a different department than yourself and then expect you or someone else to step up to assume the role, the HR position is "assumed" by someone else about once every 6 to 10 months and it is never someone who has any Human Resource skills, they "lay off" people rather than relocate to a different department even after several years of loyal work for the company.
