Pros
I started as an entry level employee, and have been given every opportunity to grow my career. Everyone is passionate about their work, and works hard. At the same time, work/life balance is respected and I have never been made to feel bad about taking time off or clocking out at the end of the day.
Cons
Fairly high turnover that means picking up responsibilities that weren't originally in the job description
