Honestly the most healthiest work environment I have ever worked in over the past 5 years being in corporate america spread across 4 companies.
Cons
Tech stack wise is pretty standard in the sense of not being leading edge but not running on legacy windows servers. (Can be a con if you enjoy new tools)
