Pros

The operations team can be described as the following: - trust and respect top down and bottom up - open communication and transparancy, about positive and negative topics - failures don't exist, only opportunities to learn - flexibilty - even though most of us share the same job title, we can work on projects that reflects our strengths, personal interests and talents Everyone can be themselves, as long as your enthousiastic and do your job with passion.

Cons

Flowsparks has transformed into a young, creative, flexible and dynamic business. This stems from the great product, but also the progressive and open mindset of the employees. This mindset is carried out bottom up, whilst top down it can still be a bit conservative.

Pros

Product-wise it is super. Product is well liked in the market and that is certainly an advantage for an account executive. Office in Ghent is also very pleasant and there are great colleagues. Okay salary conditions.

Cons

Flowsparks has been growing rapidly. Unfortunately, the management is inexperienced and there is a certain toxic environment, especially in the commercial department. Culture still stuck in the last century. There is very poor communication which is crucial for the commitment and motivation of young driven commercial profiles. There is also little trust in the staff.

Pros

Good looking and easy to use product with potential. Services department works well.

Cons

Company culture is not existing, and what exists is toxic. Management is clueless and doesn't care or follow any kind of strategy. Employees keep leaving and they seem to not be able to understand that they're the problem. Special mention to the back office and the "HR" department that rather than help they create problems. It's hard to understand that a "Tech" company has such an old school mindset.
