Pros

Fluency is 100% the best company I've ever worked for in my entire career. Leadership/management is incredibly conscientious of each and every employee. They really care about keeping the work culture positive/collaborative/fun and pay attention to the needs of everyone on staff. Fluency offers great PD opportunities. Tons of opportunities to learn and sharpen skills. Every employee has a manageable workload and there is really low employee churn because of all these reasons. Leadership makes sure everyone is happy, supported and set up for success in their position. In terms of the staff, every single person on staff across departments at Fluency is talented, driven, hardworking and great to work with. Everyone also has a great sense of humor. I truly love working at Fluency. I have honestly never had a better experience onboarding or day to day work experience in my entire career. I wholeheartedly recommend Fluency as a great place to work and am grateful to be a part of it.

Cons

I don't have any "cons" about Fluency. Literally 0. If you get a job offer, you should definitely take it!

Pros

I have been a Spanish coach for Fluency Corp for two years. Always have I had their undiveded support, professionalism and candor. Fluency Corp is, without a doubt, one true customer-focused language service available in the Learning environment. We adapt from day one to suit each and every client's needs, keeping them company, providing robust, clear feedback whilst learning and developing productive skills.

Cons

None, all their processes run in a frindly, smooth fashion.

Pros

The people: Kind, positive, smart, motivated, human, supportive The technology: Complex, powerful, crucial for our customers, ever evolving and improving The leadership: Involved, transparent, trustworthy, experienced, motivated, happy The culture: unique, natural and impacted by every new team member

Cons

If you don’t like autonomy. If you aren’t curious. If you dislike smiling and laughing and feeling like your 9-5 surrounds you with other humans living important lives outside of work… then you wouldn’t like Fluency.
