Pros
I've been working at Fluent for some time now, and I have to say that I'm really happy with the level of freedom and support that I get here. Even though our team is small, I never feel constrained or micromanaged. On the contrary, I'm encouraged to take ownership of my work and explore new technologies that can help us do our job better. What's really great about this company is that there's a culture of openness and collaboration. No one is too busy to answer questions or lend a hand when needed. I feel like I'm part of a team that truly cares about the work that we do, and that's something that's really important to me. Another thing that I appreciate is the fact that there's a lot of room for growth and development. I'm never discouraged from taking on more responsibility or trying new things. On the contrary, I'm given the support I need to succeed, and that's something that I really appreciate. Overall, I would highly recommend Fluent to anyone who's looking for a place where they can explore new technologies, take on leadership roles, and work with a supportive team.
