      You often have to do jobs you didn't sign up to do and that aren't in your field of interest/experience, sometimes there is not enough work to do to meet the required 20 hours per week

      Consistent work. Friendly team. Everything online. Very flexible hours.

      Cons

      I never saw a single person's face. The structure of the teams wasn't effective and clearly lost the company money so big cuts were made immediately altering a large hiring process.
