      Work life balance Good Colleagues Good values

      Cons

      Weak base salary Weak monthly bonus based on billable work, (7% commission rate, which averages at 7 € per hour bonus) Many smart people leaving for better pay and benefits. Infosys aquisition has screwed over many well working things and the Infosys management is pushing us to change for the worse. Many projects are sold, where developers are sold as 2nd class workers for next to no compensation (hourly bonus rate may be half of that of a business consultant).
