      Pros

      I've been here for about a year and a half and this company absolutely nails it when it comes to promoting vision and values, and there are some awesome people to work with. No big egos in upper management either, which is a big plus.

      Cons

      Part of the problem is that engineering (and much of the company) is running WAY too lean on personnel, and since project timelines are always pressing, people settle when it comes to features and performance, not having the time or resources to get it right. Stop being okay with mediocrity and following other industry leaders. Staff your team to win.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
