      Pros

      When I started, it was the best place. My boss was the best and so were the people that I worked with.

      Cons

      As soon as the "Black & Decker" folks came in, things changed dramatically. Good, hardworking people left the company......so did I.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
