Pros

The Pay was ok, but could have been better. Although all goals are met per yearly reviews only 20ct/hourly were added to next years salary. That does not even acount for the inflation!

Cons

Customers would tell us chabges that were made by the company before our supervisors would know them. Doesn't equipp one for a good customer service! Favoritism is also a big issue.

Pros

-control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

Cons

As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
