One standout is the 9/80 work schedule, which provides alternate Fridays off and greatly supports work-life balance. Teams are collaborative, and employees are empowered to take ownership and drive results. It’s an exciting environment for those passionate about digital transformation.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership lacks consistency and follow-through. After a round of layoffs, senior management assured teams that no further restructuring would occur—yet more followed just weeks later. This pattern has created a culture of uncertainty and significantly eroded employee trust. The strategic direction changes too frequently, making it hard to build or sustain momentum. While the people and technology are strong, the instability at the top overshadows much of the good work being done.

Pros

-control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

Cons

As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
