Terrible - Subcontract Administrator Fluor Federal Petroleum Operations Employee Review

Ridiculous number of people working in procurement to cover 4 sites that aren’t regularly moving product in and out. Company wastes tremendous amount of taxpayer dollars to meet “small business goals”. Management is inept. You can’t make a simple purchase without assembling an encyclopedia sized file. Office is full of backstabbers. Inter-office conflict has resulted in physical altercations due to inaction by management.
