      Very good on boarding. Gamification and rewards a big motivation.

      Cons

      Morally bankrupt industry where you could clearly see customers with addictive behaviours being actively incentivised to bet more. Commitment to combating addiction nothing beyond empty words.

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
