Pros
Flexibility, autonomy, professional growth, work-life-balance. There tends to be opportunities there if you're willing to stick your neck out for them.
Cons
Favouring lower-cost centres more and more for recruitment. The company has become quite fragmented over the years as they have gown to being an enormous enterprise. C-level management constantly rotating. A bit of a brain-drain happening in parts of the company as people move around to roles in the new org structure.
