1. Leadership is weak in terms of setting the goals.
2. No growth in terms of building large systems
3. Firing Culture immediately without any PIP system in hand. Seen people get fired.
4. No transparency in terms of expectation
5. Not much growth in salary hikes later.
ADVICE: Stick to what you need while getting the offer. Don't negotiate on this. They have the budget. Seen it that they pay what is asked.
6. Some projects can be good but majority is only frontend projects. I mean 95% projects are frontend only.
7. They are not family, in your one to one in the first month, you will hear this from atleast one person. This is because they fire people, when they don't have projects, when they find performance issue. All of this within 3-6 months of joining. My piece of advice don't joining if your current work is good but use this offer to join another firm.
