Pros
The company's stability has been the biggest positive for me. It has provided me with the peace of mind that comes with being financially secure. Benefits and salaries are good and they have yearly increase or appraisal based on employees performance. One thing also that I truly appreciated about this company is the fact that it is family oriented and has displayed a compassion towards its employees. The owners are very approachable and kind.
Cons
The only downside that I can think of is the long working hours since it is a compressed work schedule for the long working hours can be challenging at times, the fact that the workweek is only Monday to Friday makes it more manageable.
