Everyday is exciting when you get to fly in a helicopter. The ground floor teams that run the day-to-day operations are extremely close.
Cons
Work-life balance is not a thing. You are expected to live, sleep and eat the brand. 7 days a week is often not enough in management’s eyes. The CEO often likes to call at all hours of the night. Expect to be on call 24/7, even at 3am for petty things. Read the NY Times article written about his poor leadership and you will truly understand the scope of the situation.
