There are none highlight worthy cons. It's a team, they understand the human condition, and they deal with the normality of it. No cons!

- Had a steady learning curve. - Management entrusts you with leadership and responsibilities, if they see fit. - Co-workers are the best to work with. - Offices issues(if any) stays in office, untill the next office hours. - Learned a lot from the Co-founders. If you are curious, they will push you enough to learn new skills.

- Couldn't tolerate certain decisions/behaviours from some superiors roles. - Certain level of micro management seen. - Sudden hierarchical shift, will abrupt the ecosystem. - Felt certain policies unnecessary, which only creates more rift. (personal opinion)
