Pros
Great culture - minimal politics, HR is very approachable, pet policy allows for frequent visits by four-legged friends. Employees are very friendly, quick to welcome others and even people in higher positions remain down-to-Earth and try to get to know artists at all levels. Long term employees are very supportive and always willing to mentor and help. Fast paced deadlines on cool shows for TV with a great mixing environment for 2D and 3D artists to learn from each other. Option to balance WFH independently.
Cons
Limited pipeline resources. One elevator to access all floors. Location has limited food options and surrounds are prone to flooding after rain. Pay growth is limited, performance reviews are irregular and needs to be self-initiated.
