Pros
If you’re looking for some teaching hours in slightly unusual environments (e.g., one to one lessons in the middle of nowhere, lessons in factories, etc.), this may be your thing. However, check the cons.
Cons
I second everything said in the review written by the other teacher. Also, I would like to add that a few things.
First, this is not a company that cherishes language teaching and learning but a company that seems to be solely interested in money. Therefore, you’re likely to be undervalued as a professional. What matters is the client (i.e., their cash), not your opinion, not your expertise, not ever. Regarding this, you’re also a potential customer of the company, as they will try to sell you their multiple training courses (rather than training you for the sake of providing high-quality learning experiences, for example). So as I said..., money.
Second, the communication within the company is not great. The company’s staff does not seem to be particularly friendly or helpful. Most communication is via email, and the tone is usually curt. Also, their administration is disorganised to the extent that they might mess with your wages. Yes, you may go months without pay because they don’t get things done.
That being said, the above is my opinion, which based on my experience with the company. Therefore, it should be taken with a pinch of salt. Who knows, you may have a different experience. But one thing is for sure; I would never recommend this company to professional language teachers.
