Pros
I have worked for numerous companies throughout my career and Flynn Construction is by far the best. Flynn is a smaller company as compared to larger corporations with a tight core of employees who strive for the best. Hard work is expected at Flynn but it is highly rewarded. I feel as if I make a difference every day with what I do for the company. Because of this hard work, the rewards for all employees are plenty. I have been to numerous countries for company outings, been treated to shopping sprees, and am constantly involved with monthly (at a minimum) company bonding activities. The people here who work hard understand that they make a difference and their voice is always heard with good ideas and possible changes that they have to share. At Flynn you are not a cog in a machine that can shy away from hard work and at the same time not be appreciated for what you do. Flynn is on a continued path of greatness and I will enjoy the ride. Thank you to Flynn for employing me.

Employees who fake their way into getting a job, perform with below average skills and work ethics and then come onto sites like these to post bad reviews. Take your time and learn how to perfect a skill and/or work hard instead of wasting time trying to make this great company look bad. Flynn does not tolerate employees that do not work hard. If you find that to be a con, so be it.
