Pros
There are some wonderful employees at FlyteVu, but leadership beats them down.
Cons
The founder is very much involved and her leadership style is to lead by instilling fear in her employees. Sometimes she outsources this to main minion. Employees are regularly subjected to being verbally berated, disciplined or fired for any minor perceived misstep. There is no room for grace or good intentions, if you handle something differently than they would have, you will hear about it and it will not be pleasant. It’s also an extremely gossipy work environment due to the fact that everyone is constantly living in fear of the leadership, and although many of the mid level employee are wonderful, it creates a very negative environment. Do not expect to be left alone when you are on PTO (if you can get it approved) or when the office is “closed” during the holidays, nights, weekends. They have no boundaries and don’t reserve bothering you for urgent or client related matters. Agencies and entertainment are tough, but I have personally never experienced anything to this degree in my long career in this industry.
