There are only 3 negative things to point out working here. The communication could be improved as IT will seldom look at tickets and just close them at will and is not effectively rolled out as many employees do not use it. Management only speaks in superlatives and refuses to engage in discussion in clarifying and continuing projects. The second issue would be the absolute lack of structure, for example, many large purchasing decisions are up to the whim of management and not well thought out and dealing with basic problems like product that has not moved in months or what to do in the event of a Buyer leaving. This leaves Buyers with large messes they had nothing to do with that WILL be used against them on performance reviews.
The last thing I would like to point out is the discrimination against people not of the faith, race, or socioeconomic group. The condescending attitude towards some people as well as derogatory language is confusing and unnecessary. Even those who have been there for years and work closely with management have their opinions discounted and at the same time chastised for not giving them.
