Thanks for the feedback, albeit brief. Having started the business 15 years ago, the business has changed dramatically as we've grown. Now, with almost 300 staff, a new 25,000 sq ft headquarters, almost 14,000 business clients and annual revenues approaching £70m it is little wonder that the business has had to become more professional and structured.
