Pros

Some decent and creative people are employed there, with the exception of upper management.

Cons

If I could give a company "zero" stars, this would be appropriate. There is no centralized planning, so they are constantly running out of parts. Product line is outdated, and there seem to be constant returns due to poor quality. Management is rude to employees that point out these continuous difficulties, and will not listen to any kind of advice. They don't care about promoting from within either, so you are essentially "locked" into the same position while employed there. There are even "no air conditioning allowed" periods in the heat of summer, which is absolutely unheard of.

Pros

I have been working with Focus for almost 5 years. The people are great. I myself have the opportunity to move up. I first started out in the warehouse and within the year i moved in to data entry in customer care. from data entry i moved into actually being a customer care/ tech. support/ and inside sales. Within my second year working at Focus. You really have to be motivated in learning and willing to give it your all. Been grateful to Focus for giving me a chance to grow. Of course give it sometime to move don't expect to move up within the year.

Pros

There were some cool coworkers.

Cons

Poor leadership, the CEO "specializes" in everything while running his own company into the ground, micromanaging every single employee.
