Growing Company - Senior IT Consultant Focus Technology Solutions, Inc. Employee Review

Alot of local travel around Boston and surrounding towns. They were still developing their offerings/programs internally. For a company that offered IT consulting services, they kind of lacked processes in place. Also, they didn't have much of an IT infrastructure or systems internally so they really didn't use much of what they were selling. Maybe it was because they were growing so rapidly but they didn't have enough IT resources to put into bigger projects.
