Expect you to do early morning and late night calls all week due to timezones (or you are considered as not dedicated enough), culture of long working hours, and pay does not compensate for loss of mental and physical health and time with family and friends. Pay for managing directors is great, but they won't even pay for relocation for lower level employees now. Constantly restructuring.
