I highly recommend this company. Management is very helpful and will be flexible with your schedule if you have something come up that you need to take care of. They sincerely do care about their employees as people and aren’t just trying to squeeze whatever they can out of you. The pay is good and the workdays are done once you complete your route. This will give you lots of free time after you get off for the day. Mary is a fantastic manager and will do her best to make sure that you have all of the tools you need to succeed. Todd K. Is a fantastic trainer and will personal take time from his day to make sure you are good and make sure that you are learning your route. Top notch training for sure. Randy the warehouse manager is also a huge help as well. He will do whatever is needed to help you learn your route even if it means leaving his warehouse duties and running routes with you. Honestly, all of the people in the warehouse and the other route drivers are all stand up guys who will help as much as possible. Finally, the ladies in the office and the owner Jamie are always there to answer any questions and help when they can. Top to bottom it’s a good place to work.
