Pros
It's a non-profit so salaries reflect that, however it feels like the company tries to compensate with any and all benefits they possibly do given the structure. Provides ability to work with people from all over the world, and travel which is fantastic. Aside from working at events from time to time, hours are generally 8 to 5 and you rarely have to work late.
Cons
Company is small and room for advancement is limited. Salary is lesser than usual due to being a non-profit. Internal structure leaves room to be desired and a lot of the decisions made are political based in addition to necessity. The inter-office politics can be stressful and demotivating at times.
