Decent For a First Job (ONLY) - Cashier Food Lion Employee Review

This Food lion in particular always had issues and hasn't not improved even years after I left. The management is very unprofessional and there have been many times where I have seen the store manager in conflicts with other managers. People leave as quickly as they are hired, the pay is very poor and there is no room for growth. They are always short staffed and there is a lot of favoritism here. I really would only recommend to a high school student that needs a part time job because you will learn basic skills here but other than that, try a different location or a different company as a whole.
