Pros
They hire fresh graduates, everyone who works there is very bright, no drama, very flexible with scheduling, everyone is fairly young <30 y/o, great experience, you'll learn a lot, helps build an impressive resume-- I was originally put off by the reviews on this site prior to taking the job, but I'm glad to say at our lab at least it's not nearly as bad as everyone else made it out to be.
Cons
Not too much room for advancement, the pay is low despite most employees having a bachelors/masters, random drug testing (when you're only making 30k a year it's hard to allow an employer to overrule the private property issue which is our own bodies as long as it's outside the work place), you sometimes have to stay late but it's rarely <1 hr
